Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping on the Online Store is calculated by communicating directly with the U.S. Postal Service servers for accurate rates. The F.W.S. Office uses USPS Flat Rate Shipping options for the lowest cost to customers. All purchases will arrive in U.S. Postal Service branded packaging with a return address of "Shipping Center, Fulfillment Center".
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
The U.S. Postal Service is experiencing extended delays due to COVID-19. It can take several days to a few weeks to receive your package. If you believe your package has been lost or if items arrive significantly damaged, please contact us.
Backorders or Delays:
We will ship in-stock merchandise within 3-5 business days of order receipt and backordered items as they become available.
If for any reason, other than a lost or damaged shipment, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the items and we will issue you a merchandise credit. There are no cash or credit card refunds. Merchandise must be in original condition. To return an Item to us: Pack your merchandise securely.
