Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Handling (Domestic and International)
Shipping on the Online Store is calculated by communicating directly with the U.S. Postal Service servers for accurate rates. The F.W.S. Office uses USPS Flat Rate Shipping options for the lowest cost to customers.

Priority Mail service includes a tracking number, faster delivery time, and baseline insurance coverage (restrictions apply). For more information, please visit the U.S. Postal Service website.

First-Class Mail service does not include a tracking number, cannot be traced, and is not insured. Delivery times for First-Class Mail vary widely and will take longer than Priority Mail service.

All purchases will arrive in U.S. Postal Service branded packaging with a return address of "Shipping Center, Fulfillment Center".

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
It can take several days to a few weeks to receive your package. If you believe your package has been lost or if items arrive significantly damaged, please contact us. Please note the following service-related delays: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

Backorders or Delays:
We will ship in-stock merchandise within 3-5 business days of order receipt and backordered items as they become available.

Returns
If for any reason, other than a lost or damaged shipment, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the items and we will issue you a merchandise credit. There are no cash or credit card refunds. Merchandise must be in original condition. To return an Item to us: Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. Please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:
